Cost of Living in Hong Kong in 2013,香港的高物价是否在Killing Itself??

最近对香港经济很有兴趣。自97年回归祖国后，香港几乎是平淡，不过当地高物价是否在Killing Itself? 我很有兴趣研究。如果以competitiveness看，没有GST是其中一个外资会喜欢的地方。而且它的旅游业应该也很利害。
不过如果以工作cost而言，香港靠房租，高薪金，高Cost of Living,会否让外资止步呢？因为如果未来人才可以更加Globalise,其实中国可以代替香港，而且薪金可能更加低，或房租相对低。或着Outsource到东南亚地区来。
